Sterling Hospitality provides  hospitality management & project development services to Hotel/Resort developers and owners. 

New Developments
Sterling offers a turnkey service relating to new Hotel/Resort projects from initial concept through to the launch and opening. Services offered cover full construction project management and all pre-opening hospitality management criteria vital to the successful launch of new properties. The option of engagement of a Hotel Operator may be negotiated with one of our international Hotel Group strategic partners, alternatively we can set-up an In-house Management Structure.

Current Operations
Sterling also offers consulting services to current up-and-running Hotels/Resorts, covering all aspects of operational management, whether it be an upgrading exercise or introduction of a property's Operations Blueprint via Sterling Hospitality's extensive Operating Criteria and Standards of Performance (SOP) Training Manuals .

PROJECT BUILD & DESIGN LAYOUT

Advice, input and liaison with the owner, architects, interior designers and sub-contractors relating to operational issues on;
Facilities & Space Utilization. Accommodation Specifications, Front and Back of House areas, Food & Beverage outlets, Public and Recreational areas and  facilities in accordance with the target market intended Star Grading.

MARKETING STRATEGIES, CONCEPT & IMAGE
Compilation & development of; 
Brand Identity development, Concept and Logo design, Business & Marketing Plan, Collateral, Public Relations, Advertising Campaign, Promotional Events, Media Plan, Marketing Budgets, Trade Fairs, Unit Pricing structure, Sales & Marketing distribution network, E-Marketing , Property Launch.

FINANCIAL
Sourcing, compilation & implementation of; 
Financial Feasibilities, Pre-opening Cash Flow requirements, Financial Control Systems, Financial Reporting Systems, Budgets Licensing & Legal Requirements.

OPERATIONAL
Hospitality procurement of;
